rue de la Course
The Rue de la Course building is an old house built around 1900 that originally belonged to a wine merchant. It was bought in 1979 by a doctor who set up his medical practice and family there.
We purchased it in 2020 and undertook almost a year of work to create five apartments. Two are rented on a seasonal basis, the other three on a year-round basis.
The house has been completely renovated preserving ancient materials while adding all the modern comforts. We have particularly focused on thermal and acoustic insulation.
We renovated this house with attention to detail and acted like it was for us. We hope you will have a pleasant stay and remain at your disposal for any information.
Located in the heart of Bordeaux, between the city center, the Public Garden, and the Chartrons district, one of the most pleasant areas of the city, all amenities and activities are within walking distance.
